Recently, DT Internacional's Engineering team successfully completed a challenging project at one of Portugal's leading pharmaceutical plants. The goal? The complete installation of a granulation line with high containment requirements and ATEX zones in a factory still under construction.

The challenge went beyond simply supplying the equipment. The customer needed complex integration into an existing space, ensuring GMP compliance without yet having a resident internal maintenance team.

The DT Internacional solution? Total responsibility. We took on the entire management of the project on a "turnkey basis". Our intervention covered:

 

• Infrastructure and Utilities: Design and execution of all fluid networks (industrial steam, purified water, compressed air, and mains water) and their respective thermal insulation.

• Clean Room Integration: Close coordination with the construction team to ensure that the walls and ceilings were closed with millimeter precision to meet the layout requirements and accommodate the equipment.

• HVAC and Dust Removal Systems: Installation of process ducts and integration with the air treatment systems.

• Electromechanical Installation: Positioning of equipment, pneumatic connections, and electrical panels.
