BMM | Butter Making Machine Continuous machine for producing butter from processed cream. Different modified machines process up to 10,000 l/hour of cream. MAIN FEATURES - Machine capacity – up to 10,000 l/hour. - Butter milk fat content – up to 0.5%. - Cream fat content 35 to 42%. - The continuous butter production machine consists of: Cream mixer; Churning section and separation drum; Kneading section 1, with vacuum chamber and light; Kneading section 2; Butter milk collection tank with level control; Buttermilk pump for recirculation and pumping; Tubular exchanger for cooling buttermilk; Internal piping. - Designed for easy maintenance. - Designed for each stage of processing with frequency-controlled drives. - CIP cleaning.

ARM-B2 | Filling and Wrapping The ARM-B2 is designed to fill and wrap butter and margarine in aluminum foil, wax paper, or ecoline. The ARM-B2 machine can dose 50–125 g, 100–250 g with a capacity of up to 70 packages/min. MAIN FEATURES - Packaging of paste products in consumer-size portions. - Applicable products: butter, margarine, spreads, edible fats, curd. - Dosing type: volumetric. - Two product feeding options: hopper with augers or direct feeding from the production line through a rest tube. - Package sizes: 50–125 g, 100–250 g, capacity up to 70 packages/min. - Easy to switch between portion weights by changing the height of the brick, height adjustable by lever, adjustment points are marked with a ruler. - Brick shapes: rectangular, bar, or semicircular. - Foldable packaging type: bottom fold. - Product inlet temperature: butter +10...+14 °C, margarine +8...+14 °C. - Packaging materials: aluminum foil laminate, parchment paper, ecoline (with memory). - PLC and HMI with touch screen. - Fully automatic lubrication system. - Pneumatic compensator. - Stainless steel dosing unit. - Pneumatic rotary switch. - Stainless steel table with synthetic inserts. - Stainless steel machine body covers. - Machine safety covers in compliance with CE safety requirements. - Two sensors for sheet tracking (roll width control; roll end). - Sheet centering device with photocell. - UV lamp. - Sheet broaching shaft driven by belt instead of chain. - Stationary sheet roll shaft. - CIP, except dosing unit (optional). - Possible printers (optional): inkjet or thermal printer.
