FROM SMALL BATCHES TO LARGE PRODUCTIONS: SCALING LOCAL PRODUCTION WITH SILVERSON
In a new case study, Silverson Machines shows how Kitchen Connect, a community kitchen with more than 20 local producers, was able to increase its production volume with the help of Silverson.
Kitchen Connect was founded in 2023 with the vision of providing small producers with large-volume processing equipment so that they could produce larger and more consistent batches of their products.
The mixing concept developed by Silverson combines an ultra-hygienic tank bottom mixer with a high-viscosity inline mixer/homogenizer and offers:
